We operate in a PC based environment. Files that are created on a MAC must be provided on a CD or DVD that can be read with a PC. Here is a listing of the programs that we currently utilize in our design department. Please remember to convert all fonts to outlines / curves and to save the images as either EPS, TIF or the original format (whenever possible).
When using Microsoft products, please include fonts.

When setting up your files for large format digital printing, it is necessary to prepare the file so we can achieve the best possible image. If you are creating your file at full size, please make your image 150 dpi. If you are creating your file at half size, please create the file at 300 dpi. If you have questions regarding this, please call us.

If you want lettering or something that must be vinyl die cut, please provide your file in vector based format (drawn in a program such as Illustrator, Freehand or Corel). If it is not possible to provide us with your image in vector format, you may be charged for redrawing time.

You can email your files if they are less than 7MB. If they are larger, please send a CD, DVD or other form of removable media. Please also provide us with a PDF copy for comparison so as we may check for inconsistencies in file transfers. If you are not able to send a PDF, please fax or mail a hard copy.
